, Norm was principal owner of a construction company specializing in design/build industrial construction projects. His expertise includes location selection, construction, financing and business operations. Norm has served as a member of USIndoor Soccer's Advisory Board of Directors.
Steve brings to Pinnacle the combination of a strong financial background plus direct involvement with US Youth Soccer. His business experience includes a 25 year career as a high level executive with national and international Fortune 500 companies. In soccer he served as President of the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association. He then developed and managed multiple indoor sports facilities in the Midwest. Steve has direct experience and expertise in assessing individual market potential for successful indoor sports facilities and developing indoor sports complex business plans
to help markets achieve that success. Steve's experience serves Pinnacle clients well in matters of operations, staffing, training and financial management.
Lisa specializes in the areas of: human resources, employee training programs, special events, youth programming & camps, and development of training programs for sports facility professionals. She has direct experience as Executive Director of a multi-sport indoor facility and has worked in community and economic development for municipalities and in hospitality and tourism management. Lisa earned her Masters of Science in Training & Development from the University of Wisconsin.
Sam Migliano brings years of senior management experience in the nonprofit industry with
proven ability to drive bottom line growth, identify potential opportunities and cultivate business relationships built on stewardship, respect, and trust.
His track record includes the turn around of a YMCA indoor facility from a drain on cash flow to surplus generator. As a leader in the non-profit industry, Sam has helped make a difference in the community based on delivering mission impact results.
