At Pinnacle Indoor Sports we define sponsorships with a term we call “marketing partnerships.” Marketing partnerships differ from traditional sponsorships in several ways:
- We view the partner businesses as true “marketing partners” in helping you to achieve your mission while helping them achieve theirs
- Marketing partners have more involvement than simply hanging up a banner with their name on it, thus more ownership and pride in the program
- Marketing partners have a year .round relationship with the facility, not just an annual invoice for signage
- Non-traditional marketing partners can get your business through doors which would otherwise be shut to traditional marketing and sales opportunities
- Marketing partners are local, not national, and have more time, interest, and money to invest in the partnership
With years of experience securing everything from tournament sponsors to facility naming rights, Pinnacle Indoor Sports can help evaluate and value your facility’s marketing assets. A stand alone sponsorship development and procurement service package is now available through Pinnacle which provides, at a minimum, the following elements:
- Hire and train local staff person
- Assist with execution of sales presentations
- Assist with preparations of required sales materials
- Set a plan in place to oversee fulfillment requirements and tracking
- Assist with securing fulfillment vendors (signage, media, and other businesses)
- Act as temporary sales manager
- Provide on-going motivation and guidance
- Create an annualized strategic plan
